We currently serve patients in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in outpatient care for adults and adolescents since 2016. Work Location:

With two locations in Colorado and options for remote work, OMH will work with you to identify the best fit based on your skills, interests, and location. Our recruitment team can provide details about local and upcoming offices.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in OMH's integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care. This approach emphasizes teamwork and high-quality patient care.

Patient Care Customization:

Our clinicians have the autonomy to tailor care for each patient, determining session frequency and duration. Clinical work includes individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Schedule Flexibility:

• Create your own schedule for a healthy work/life balance.
• Typically work Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Clinicians focus on patient care; our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing. No additional on-call duties or insurance hassles after hours.

Leadership & Advancement:
