Job Description

As a Med Surg / Telemetry nurse (RN M/S-T), you will provide care to patients experiencing illness, injury, or surgical conditions. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, monitoring blood pressure, heart rhythm, respiration, and oxygen saturation via telemetry, administering medications, changing dressings, and documenting in patient charts. You will also support and educate patients to promote recovery and prevent health issues.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in the specialty
• Active RN license
