Job Opportunities

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Med/Surg - 4 West

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

4 weekend shifts per 28 day schedule, fall into holiday rotation

Requirements:

• TN License
• 2 Years Experience
• BLS
  
  

Other Details:

• Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Number of Beds : 28
• Patient Ratios : 1:6
• Type of equipment : walkers, iv pumps, scd’s, etc
• Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards
