Job summary

This role guarantees either 36 or 48 hours and requires a passion for patient care across a range of adult to geriatric populations. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of nursing experience and be BLS certified, with duties including managing a nurse-patient ratio and utilizing Epic systems to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; 1st timers accepted.
• Patient population includes Adults to Geriatrics.
• Floating may be required, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Work with a patient ratio of 1:5-6, manage up to 49 rooms.
• Utilize unit systems such as Epic and SBAR.
• Ensure patient care standards and protocols are followed.
