Hospital: Parkridge Medical Center Location: Chattanooga, TN Address: 2333 McCallie Ave Unit Name: 4east Building: Main Cost Center: 611

Unit Specifics:

• Number of Beds: 30
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Unit staffing description: Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, Case Management
• Type of equipment: walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, etc.
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule, fall into holiday rotation.
• Floating policy: Fall into rotation with other staff
• Patient Experience requirements: 72% - utilizing communication boards

Hospital Specifics:

• Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: RN license
• Must have: teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
• Advanced skills needed: Medical-Surgical experience (including experience with various respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, tele, CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin gtts, etc.)
• Procedures performed on unit:
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Dress Code: (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs
