The unit has 27 beds, serving patients with diagnoses including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Dual Diagnosis, Autism Spectrum, and Personality Disorders. The model of care is multidisciplinary, combining pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy. The ideal candidate will oversee the unit, ensuring quality care, staff development, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care requirements and make rounds.
• Develop and implement staffing plans based on acuity and census.
• Serve as a resource for clinical problem-solving.
