Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

The LTC RN position involves 12-hour day shifts for 7 weeks at ThedaCare Juliette Manor in Berlin, WI. This facility was voted the US's best Nursing Home for 2025 by US News.

Contract length is 7 weeks, starting ASAP, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The unit has 20 beds for long-term care and 17 beds for rehab, with a patient ratio of 1:17-20. The role requires WI RN licensure, AHA BLS certification, and at least 2 years of recent LTC experience, including wound care and IV skills. Epic charting and Pyxis experience are preferred, as is prior travel experience. The schedule includes every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed. No on-call requirements.
