Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Nursing License in the state of employment, and active BLS certification.
• Maintain specialty-specific credentials (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• 18 months to 2 years of recent clinical experience in your specialty area.
• Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a collaborative environment and demonstrate integrity, honesty, and caring.
• No concurrent employment at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete orientation and training successfully.
