• Experience: minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (not 2 years of nursing)
• Float Requirements: not required but can float if on call/flexed down for guaranteed hours

• Patient Ratios: per AWHONN recommendations
• Equipment: GE Centricity/Paragon EHR
• Patient Population: neonate, peds, and adult

• Dress Code: Scrubs in black, navy, or white; no hoodies or clothing with other facility names
