Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology position requiring ICU, ER, or PACU background and a GA or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital setting within the Radiology Special Procedures unit
• Patient population includes individuals undergoing radiology procedures, primarily receiving IV sedation
• 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• No on-call required
• 13-week contract
• Floating requirements are not specified
• Role focuses on providing IV sedation to patients in radiology
• Must be able to service all radiology patients, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
• Applicants who were previously employed in a permanent staff role must complete a 2-year break before being considered as a traveler
• Requests for time off must be made up front and cannot be accommodated after offer
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Professional attire or scrubs required as per department policy

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
