Submission Requirements:
- WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles)
- 36 or 48 hour contracts
- CHARGE NURSE EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Up-to-date resume that includes 2+ years of ICU experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU, with documentation of travel experience.
- 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN References
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Drivers licenses with address matching demographics
- Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
- NURSYS Report for license verification with ACTIVE NY License & all active RN licenses.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission
- EMR Experience Required: EPIC

Job Description:
Unit: ICU
Shift: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am (Block scheduling is not guaranteed)
Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex; Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - priority for managers.
Floating required: Yes
Scrub color: Navy
Unit specifics:
Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14
Floating to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)
Common patient diagnoses: Neuro/Med - Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi; CTICU - CV surgery, Cardiogenic Shock; Trauma - Major post-op surgeries.
Specialty equipment used: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun).
