• 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references
• Skills checklist matching the specialty
• Driver's license with address matching demographics
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Active NY license and all RN licenses verified via NURSYS
• RTO must be included at submission
• EMR experience required: EPIC

Unit: ICU

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (block scheduling not guaranteed)

Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex Heart highly preferred - priority for management

Floating required: Yes

Scrub color: Navy

Bed count: 42 beds (East 20, West 22)

Patient types: Neuro/Med, CTICU, Surg/Trauma

Common diagnoses: Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention, Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi, CV Surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surgery/Trauma

Equipment used: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage), Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
