Duties & Responsibilities

ICU/Critical Care Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing care of adult patients with life‑threatening conditions, requiring complex assessment and high‑intensity therapies.

• Provide patient care, education, and support to families.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor patient vital signs and recognize signs of distress.
• Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to promptly control changes in a patient’s condition.
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
