Travel Nurse Across America Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit
  • Start Date: 06/23/2025
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 48 hours per week
  • Shift: 12 hours, nights
  • Employment Type: Travel

Requirements:

  • Surgical ICU - Trauma Neuro Surgery
  • Active AZ / compact license
  • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
  • Minimum 3 FULL YEARS OF RECENT ICU EXPERIENCE
  • Experience must include EITHER neuro or CV Cerner experience
  • Travel experience required
  • Patient Ratios: 1:2, 1:1; Float to tele with 1:3 or 1:4 as needed
  • UNA Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48 hrs PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE (max 2 attempts)
  • Pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation
  • Common patient diagnoses: Level 1 trauma, falls, GSW, blunt trauma, MVAs, trauma patients over age 15, ex-lap, crani, neuro-surgery cases, CVA, post-TPA, COVID, sepsis, ARDS
