Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an ICU position, requiring a GA or compact RN license and at least 18 months of ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the ICU, Medical 5E unit of a hospital setting
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week assignment
• Maximum of 5 days requested time off (RTO), with a limit of 3 days if RTO falls on or near a holiday
• Only 1 holiday request is allowed per assignment
• RTO requests over several days during holiday periods must be spread out and not clustered
• Only one position may be applied to at a time

Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 18 months of ICU RN experience
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Previous Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
