Description:
Provide direct care to critically ill patients with conditions such as stroke, trauma, respiratory failure, or shock. Responsibilities include ventilator/IABP adjustment, administering IV meds, assisting in procedures, and responding to life-threatening situations. May care for pre/post-op patients and support families.

Facility Requirements:

Certifications: ACLS & BLS (AHA only)

License: KY RN license (must be attached to submission)

Experience: Recent ICU experience in hospital setting

Float: Must float to Tele/LTAC or Kindred Louisville main campus as needed

Ideal Candidate: Skilled in advanced critical care, flexible with floating, team-oriented
