Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients following facility protocols
  • Monitor vital signs, administer IVs and medications, manage ventilators and other life-support systems
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Qualifications
  • Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • At least 1-2 years recent ICU experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to new environments
