Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage care of adult patients with life-threatening conditions requiring complex assessment and high-intensity therapies.
• Provide patient care, education, and support to families.
• Operate life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor vital signs and patient distress signals.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Document medication administration meticulously.
• Assist in emergency procedures to stabilize patient conditions.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
