• Job Title: RN, Home Health
• Location: Bristol, VA
• Shift: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Days (5 x 8hrs)
• Weekly Hours: 40 Hrs.

FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On call info: On call with weekend coverage needed

We cover Smyth Co, Washington Co, Russell Co Virginia and have CON to also cover Lee, Scott and Wise counties, however those are primarily covered by our sister branch, so it is primarily for Smyth Co, Washington Co, Russell Co Virginia.

Qualifications: HomeCare Homebase, Oasis, and Home Health experience required.

Requirements

• BLS through AHA only
• 1 -2 years of RN Home Health experience.
• Active RN Virginia or Compact RN License
• HomeCare Homebase (HCHB) & Oasis experience required
• Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
