Supplemental Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses in College Park, Georgia with 1 year of recent OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health RN Contract Details
  1. $1,940 – $2,155 per week*
  2. 13-week contract
  3. SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  4. Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
  5. Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
  6. Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements
  1. OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
  2. Electronic Charting experience
  3. Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
  4. Current Georgia RN License
  5. American Heart Association BLS
  6. Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  7. Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.
