TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Geneva, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

Title : RN Med/Surg
Duration : 13 weeks
Location : Geneva NY 14456
Schedule : 3 12's ( nights ) || 36hrs/week

Short Description:
RNs 3x12 nights (7p-7a), EOW/Holiday rotations & 2 OC shifts per 4-weeks.
**Float Pool role MUST be able to float between both locations**
*MUST BE COMFORTABLE FLOATING TO ICU/ER/MS/MST**
*If taking 48-hour vs. 36-hour contract, no On Call required.
Cross-trained Candidates that can work in different units or specializations like Critical Care, Med-Surg, and Tele.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS (AHA or RQI certs only)

License: Minimum: Currently licensed by NYS as a registered professional nurse.
Certifications: Minimum: BLS, ACLS, PALS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. Basic Coronary Care within 6 months of hire. CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
Preferred Certifications: Certification by the Emergency Nurses Association and TNCC within 2 years of hire are recommended.
Other Requirements: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills, computer literacy, and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.

Skills: BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS required; NYS license required; two years of floating experience in med-surg/ICU/ER required.

Questions include previous work at FLH locations, residency outside a 30-mile radius, willingness to float, work schedule, and RTO details.
