Job description

Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma - $2,020 per week in New York

Location: New York

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

Description: A facility in Rome, NY is looking for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Travel experience is preferred. NIH Stroke Certification is required before start. An additional 8 hours of CEUs will need to be completed as part of facility orientation.

Requirements:

  1. At least two years of recent experience in the field.
  2. Current BLS certification.
  3. Current nursing license per the state of assignment.

For additional and specialty-specific requirements, please contact the facility. Every other weekend and holiday coverage is required.

  • 14 Beds ER and 4 Minor Treatment
  • Nurse-patient ratio: 4:1
  • 31,000 Visits annually
  • Charting: T system

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Contract Weeks: 91

Note: Travelers who decline the vaccine will need a declination. If CG is vaccinated, documentation will be required.
