Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA seeks a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The role requires circulating during endoscopy procedures and supporting physicians with ERCP, EUS, and newer techniques.

RN with 1+ year experience per scope is preferred, and float coverage to nearby sites may be needed. The position offers 40 hours per week, with 10-hour days, and exposure to Olympus scopes and robotic equipment.

• Must be able to circulate and assist with procedures
• Ability to perform advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS; credentials and 1+ year experience per scope
• RNs to circulate and tech support as needed

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Richmond, Virginia.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: Endoscopy
• Discipline: RN
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel

Number of Beds : 2 endoscopy suites

• Patient Ratios : 1:1 for circ; up to 2 pts for PACU, Preop 1:1 during preop questioning but may be up to 1:3 if waiting
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 Circulator and 1 tech in the room- scope washer designated for the shift
• Type of equipment : Olympus scopes, OER elite washer, ION robot
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse and Provation
• Scheduling requirements: Ranges from 6a-3p Monday-Friday based on assignment
• Floating policy: Float to the ASC and other surrounding facilities as needed

• Patient Experience requirements:
• Requested Skill Set: RNs to circulate and tech
• Must have : Ability to do advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS; Credentials and experience more than 1 year according to scope of practice
• Advanced skills needed: Able to do ERCP, EUS, Robotic bronchoscopy, EBUS
• Procedures performed on unit: Colonoscopy, EGD, Pill Cam, Bravos, ERCP, EUS, EBUS, ION, bronchoscopy, etc.
