As a Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab Nurse, also sometimes called an EP Lab RN, you'll treat patients by assisting with arrhythmia ablations, medications, and implantable devices such as pacemakers and cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs). You must have advanced knowledge of sedation and cardiac care, similar to skills used in the traditional cardiac cath lab.
