  Requirements include a cover sheet, resume, primary source verification, and skills checklist. Certifications required: ACLS, NIHSS, BLS, PALS. The position is full-time, with 3 shifts per week and every other weekend. No block scheduling is accommodated.

  Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent acute care experience in the ED. Cook County is a mandatory float facility; all staff are required to float at the facility's discretion.

  RTO (Request for Time Off): Max 5 days, no more than 2 consecutive days. No RTO during holidays, the day before or after a holiday, or on weekends.

Facility Requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with no exemptions allowed.

• Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical or religious exemptions only.
