Job Summary

Emergency Room Nurse Location: Michigan. This role involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care within a busy emergency center. The nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate, efficient care in a fast-paced environment following hospital policies, standards of practice, and scope of practice guidelines.

Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for the delivery of nursing care within the assigned unit scope of practice following hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice.
• Required Qualifications: 2 years RN Emergency Room (ER) experience, certifications including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS (American Heart Association), Michigan state licensure.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The emergency center features 35 private treatment rooms, bedside registration, and a calming, natural-light environment. Staffing is composed of board-certified emergency physicians and nurses in the county's busiest emergency center.
