GTT Healthcare Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel assignment in Worcester, MA. The role involves floating to other adult ICUs as needed and delivering high-acuity cardiac care in a 16-bed CVICU.

Requirements include MA RN license, 2.5+ years CVICU experience, mastery of MCS devices, Epic EMR, BLS and ACLS, and successful Telemetry orientation. Competitive weekly pay, benefits, and travel stipends are available.

Qualifications

Active MA RN license; conditional MA license accepted if application is in progress.
2.5+ years CVICU/Cardiac Surgery ICU experience.
Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support devices (IABP, Impella, ECMO, VAD).
Swan-Ganz, CVVH, and vasoactive drip titration experience.

Responsibilities

Float to other adult ICUs as needed.
Provide care in a 16-bed high-acuity Cardiac Surgery CVICU (CABG, valve repairs, vascular surgery, advanced heart failure).

Key Requirements

License: MA RN License (Conditional MA license accepted if application is in progress).
Experience: 2.5+ years of dedicated CVICU / Cardiac Surgery ICU experience.
Must-Have Clinical Skills: Experience with Mechanical Circulatory Support (IABP, Impella, ECMO, VAD), Swan-Ganz, CVVH, and vasoactive drip titration.
EMR & Certs: Epic required | BLS & ACLS required.
Testing: Must pass a telemetry test during orientation (1 attempt).
Unit & Facility Highlights: 16-bed high-acuity Cardiac Surgery ICU (CABG, valve repairs, vascular surgery, advanced heart failure).
No Block Scheduling: Floating required to other adult ICUs as needed.
