Requirements

• Clinical experience: 1–2 years recent acute care.
• Certification: ACLS, BLS (additional certifications may be required before assignment).
• Physical: Able to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 20 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs with patients.
• Additional qualification: 2 years required; comfortable with 12‑hour night shifts.
