• Additional Qualifications: Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, management of multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) care, post-cardiac surgery care, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, arterial blood gases interpretation, suctioning, and PPE usage.
• Responsibilities: Providing cardiac and ventilator patient care, managing complex monitoring devices, and supporting interdisciplinary care in a high-acuity environment.
• Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours/week.
• Additional Information: Float between units may be required depending on staffing needs. Candidates must be flexible to work three of five major holidays and must request all scheduling and time-off requests upfront.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should include responses to prior employment at Providence facilities and provide two references covering one year of recent practice within the last three years.
