Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with cardiology background for an outpatient clinic cardiology position, requiring an active NC or compact RN license and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in an outpatient cardiology clinic
• Patient population consists of adults and geriatrics
• Nurse to patient ratio is 1:5
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Epic EMR is used and experience with Epic is required
• Bi-weekly orientation sessions provided
• Primary responsibilities include providing nursing care to adult and geriatric cardiology patients in an ambulatory outpatient setting
• Scrub color is flexible; any color may be worn
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates living within 75 miles are accepted as locals
• Modules and orientation are completed during the first week of assignment and annually as needed

Requirements
