Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Largo, Florida. The assignment is 13 weeks, with a 36-hour work week and 11-hour day shifts, travel designation, and ACLS/BLS required.

The RN should have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and be prepared to operate in a cardiovascular surgical environment. Typical duties include assisting during cardiac catheterization, angioplasties, and device implantations, while maintaining EKG equipment and providing support to

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with cardiac catheterization and angioplasties.
• Monitor and maintain EKG equipment in the Cath Lab.
• Assist with implantation of pacemakers and ICDs.
• Support in electrophysiology procedures and post-procedure care.
