Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Orlando, Florida. The position is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, on 12-hour day shifts. The RN should have 1-2 years of acute care experience and be ACLS/BLS certified.

The role involves assisting physicians during cardiac catheterization and related procedures in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment. As a Cath Lab travel nurse, you will learn complex technologies, monitor EKG equipment, and support

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel nursing assignment available in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies and assist physicians with cardiac catheterization to diagnose or treat heart conditions.
• Assist with angioplasties, valvuloplasties and stent placements in a Cath Lab setting.
• Help implant pacemakers and ICDs and monitor EKG equipment during procedures.
