• Patient Ratios: 23 patients and 2 RN and 4 CNA, 20 patients 2 RN and 2 CNA, 15 patients 1 RN and 2 CNA, 13 patients 1 RN and 2 CNA, 10 patients 1 RN and 2 CNA
• EHR: Cerner
