Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Recruiter to hire healthcare professionals for travel assignments. You will build relationships with field staff, generate referrals, and prospect new candidates while meeting client expectations for quality and speed.

The role offers a base salary of $47,500 with uncapped commissions and earnings potential over $75,000 in year one. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and relationship management.
• Strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
• Effective phone presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across the selling cycle to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Recruit viable nurses for travel assignments from all sources via prospecting and referrals.
• Sell assignments to prospective travelers using a consultative approach.
• Implement independent recruiting strategies to screen and evaluate HCPs.
• Cultivate a network of potential HCPs and meet hiring goals.
• Negotiate compensation packages while maintaining margins.
• Develop strategies to recruit via email, social media, and other channels.
• Attend industry events to source candidates and build relationships.
• Maintain candidate databases and weekly recruitment reports.
