Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Float Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver relationship-based primary care across multiple locations. The role requires a flexible schedule and travel to various sites within the state and region as needed.

You will support prevention, chronic disease management, and urgent visits with resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD. Applicants must have an active ANCC/AANP or NCCPA license, CPR/BLS, and DEA credentials where required.

Qualifications

• Active state license and board certification required (ANCC/AANP for NP; NCCPA for PA).
• CPR/BLS certification required at start date.
• DE A credentials may be required for full prescribing ability; independent practice preferred where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, chronic disease management and urgent care across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate follow-through during transitions.
