Job summary

Life Scan Wellness Centers seeks a skilled NP to perform head-to-toe physicals and screenings across designated Fire/Police departments. The role requires regional and national travel with a focus on prevention-based screenings and fitness evaluations.

You will summarize results, provide guidance and referrals, and support lab interpretation with dietary recommendations. ACLS/BLS, strong communication, and a vehicle to transport equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, imaging software and EMR platforms.
• Professionalism and compassion a must.
• Must have own vehicle capable of carrying equipment.
• Travel to multiple locations as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Conduct head-to-toe physicals.
• Perform vision and hearing screening exams.
• Summarize test results and provide guidance/recommendations; educate and refer to PCP if needed.
• Lab interpretation with dietary recommendations.
