Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced RN for travel assignments at Chamberlain Medical Center in South Dakota. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating schedules. Contracts run 14 weeks with potential extension or transfers to other Sanford sites.

The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes, from assessment through follow-up. Current RN licensure is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least six months of travel experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state and/or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, education, and triage.
• Deliver care across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
