Job summary

You’re making a difference as a health care professional with Solutions By Sanford on travel assignments. The Chamberlain Medical Center in South Dakota offers 12-hour shifts and 14-week contracts with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

Required are a nursing degree, an active RN license, and at least six months of travel experience. Sanford provides comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment for full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least six months of travel nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate patient care, including triage and education as needed.
• Deliver care across prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up within scope of practice.
