Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in Sahuarita, AZ. This night shift role is 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with potential to flex to a mid-shift if needed.

The ideal candidate holds AZ RN licensure and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. You will provide high-quality ED care, practice using the Nursing Process, and lead and supervise staff while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Willingness to float to other departments as needed.
• Night shift 3x12s: 1900–0730; mid-shift flexibility may be required.

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
