Position: CHS Travel: SAH - Registered Nurse (RN) / Emergency Dept (917890)

Position Information:

1. Night Shift - 3x12's: 1900-0730
2. Willing to flex to a mid-shift if needed
3. Prefer a start within 2 weeks of acceptance
4. Should be willing to float
5. REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS, PALS, AZ License

Job Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies and procedures. The nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the safe delivery of care in the Emergency Department. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and providing direction and supervision to personnel delivering patient care.
