American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM. The role requires ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification plus 1–2 years in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM, with 40 hours weekly and on-call every third week. On-site duties include imaging across Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT and use of Cerner EHR.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required.
• NM state license required (license required if applicable).
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine program.
• Skilled in IV access and post-processing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Nuclear Medicine department within a 198-bed Level III trauma center.
• Monday through Friday schedule, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
• 40 guaranteed weekly hours with no weekend hours required.
• Periodic on-call required every 3rd week, typically 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM, during weekdays and/or weekends.
• Float requirements include Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT.
• Equipment includes GE 5-ring PET/CT, GE Hawkeye SPECT/CT, and upcoming installation of GE 830 SPECT Camera.
• Uses Cerner EHR system.
• Common diagnoses/treatments include cardiac, bone, and gallbladder studies.
• Hospital includes state-of-the-art operating suites and receives Trauma Level I, II, and III cases via air transport due to facility location.
• Facility provides medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth, cancer, nephrology, pediatric, and inpatient behavioral health services.
• PCI, Mammography, and Laboratory departments hold accreditation.
• Hospital recognized among Top 20 Most Beautiful Hospitals in the U.S. and received a Reputation 800 Award in Healthcare.
• Located in Farmington, New Mexico in the San Juan River Valley, offering outdoor recreation including hiking, kayaking, golf, and national park access.
• Competency exam and skills checklist required for consideration.
