Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification (ARRT-N or NMTCB).
- Minimum 1 year of recent nuclear medicine imaging experience.
- Proficient with imaging equipment and sound clinical judgment.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, and document radiopharmaceuticals for patient imaging procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images.
- Ensure patient comfort and explain procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret findings.
- Maintain accurate records and support patient care documentation.
