Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, and collaborate with physicians to provide images for interpretation. The role requires operating advanced imaging equipment, administering radiation doses when prescribed, and ensuring strict adherence to safety standards.

The candidate should have AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology training, at least two years of experience, and possible CNMT

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program or meets state licensing standards.
• Minimum two years of Nuclear Medicine experience.
• CNMT certification (preferred).
• One–two years supervisory or team lead experience.
• CPR certification and current health certificate as required.
• Meets all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients.
• Perform imaging studies using high-level equipment and record images.
• Collaborate with physicians to provide images for interpretation.
• Assist in therapeutic radiation doses under physician instruction.
• Maintain safety and compliance with radioactive materials handling.
