Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with CNMT certification for a day shift assignment in California. The role requires travel experience, EPIC or Cerner familiarity, and a minimum of 2 years in Nuclear Medicine.

Responsibilities include work in a Nuclear Medicine department, 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and on-call duties during weekends/holidays. Per diem benefits and relocation considerations may apply.

Qualifications

CNMT certification required.
CA Venipuncture certification required.
BLS certification (AHA) required.
Minimum 2 years of concurrent Nuclear Medicine experience.
EPIC or Cerner experience within the last 6 months required.
Travel experience required.
License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

Nuclear Medicine department setting.
3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
On-call weekends and holidays; Sat/Sun 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Weekdays 3:30 PM–8:00 PM.
Uses EPIC EMR system.
Must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility; local candidates ineligible.
Interview availability including specific days/times/time zone required.
One supervisory-level professional reference required at submission.
Maximum of 7 days RTO permitted; no additional requests after submission.
First-time travelers will not be considered.
Returning staff and travelers eligible to reapply after 1 year.
