Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of experience and CNMT certification for a day-shift hospital assignment focused on cardiac imaging and general NM studies.

Responsibilities include performing cardiac imaging and NM studies, using GE equipment and Epic EMR, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Local candidates considered at the same pay rate.

Qualifications

• Active CNMT and BLS certification required.
• License required if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience required.
• Epic EMR experience within the last 18 months required and documented on candidate profile.
• Must pass Epic competency exam on site with only one attempt allowed.
• Proficient in cardiac imaging and general NM studies including bone scans, lung scans, myocardial studies, thyroid studies, and renal flow studies.
• Experience with drawing venous blood, starting/maintaining IVs, and handling radioactive materials.
• Community hospital experience preferred; travel experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hospital-based Nuclear Medicine department.
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
• No weekends, holidays, or call required.
• Uses GE equipment and Epic EMR.
• Performs cardiac imaging and general nuclear medicine studies.
• Travelers are expected to float unless otherwise stated.
• Candidates will be required to interview.
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate.
• Candidates requiring fit testing must be clean-shaven.
• No block scheduling or special scheduling requests will be accommodated.
• All RTO must be disclosed prior to consideration and additional RTO will not be approved afterward.
