Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a Boston assignment. The position runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, working days on a travel schedule.

Start date is 09/28/2026, and candidates must have 1 year of experience and the required certifications. Responsibilities include preparing radiopharmaceuticals, administering them, operating the imaging equipment, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technology experience.
• Certification ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT and BLS are required.
• State licensure may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radiopharmaceutical agents and administer them to patients.
• Operate scanner or gamma camera to capture images.
• Provide assistance to physicians and patients during procedures.
• Follow safety and radiation disposal procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS system.
• Ensure suitability and safety of the procedure environment.
