Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Norwich, Connecticut. The right candidate must have 1 year of experience and hold ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT certification, plus BLS and any required state licensing.

Responsibilities include preparing radiopharmaceuticals, administering them, and operating a scanner under radiologist supervision. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• ARRT (N) or NMTCB-CNMT certification with registration.
• BLS certification and state licensing when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare radiopharmaceuticals and administer to patients.
• Operate scanners or gamma cameras for image capture.
• Provide support to physicians and researchers as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and proper radiation disposal.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use PACS systems.
