Qualifications

• Two years of experience required within the last five years.
• ARRT/NMTCB certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Put patients at ease, obtain medical histories, describe procedures, and answer questions.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and medications for imaging and therapeutic procedures.
• Monitor patient’s condition during procedures.
• Process data and enhance digital images using computer technology.
• Provide images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

Education

Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology

ARRT - Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification

NMTCB Certification

Current CPR/BLS certification
