Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a clinical care setting, responsible for providing patient care that meets individualized, holistic, and self-identified goals. Performs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of safe and effective nuclear medicine procedures. Collaborates with healthcare teams to manage complex, high-risk clinical situations and advocates for patients and their families to ensure high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The assignment runs from 09/28/2026 to 12/26/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of formal training in an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine technology, meeting the State of California and/or Federal mandated certification or equivalent. Certifications include Certified Technologist Nuclear Medicine (CTNM), Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) from NMTCB or ARRT (N), Certified Computed Tomography (CT) from ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT), and BLS (AHA).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with implementation, evaluation, management of complex, new/unusual, or high-risk clinical situations; individualized assessment; planning.
• Additional Information: On-call availability on an as-needed basis with a 45-minute response time. During on-call, the technologist will coordinate doses with the pharmacy from home and come in when doses are expected to arrive, which may be about one to one and a half hours. Variable shifts may include early mornings (e.g., 0630, 0730, 0830) from Monday through Friday, with shifts lasting approximately 8 hours.
