Job Summary:
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position available in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing diagnostic imaging support through nuclear medicine procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality imaging in support of radiologists. The position requires current licensure and certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology, with responsibilities including processing and transmitting images to PACS.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH (California Department of Public Health), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board); at least one year of acute, clinical radiology experience; knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment; extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology; graduate of an accredited program by JRCNMT (Joint Review Committee on Education in Nuclear Medicine Technology) or CAMRT (Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists); current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification; proficiency in computer skills; CT/Fusion Certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CT/Fusion imaging.
• Additional Information: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works closely with radiologists, assisting in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.
